send out for 　出前を頼む

A：I'm starving. Do we have anything to eat at home?

B：Not much. Why don't send out for some pizza?

A：That sounds great. I'll call the pizza place now.

B：Thanks.

A：お腹すいたよ。家に何か食べるものあったっけ？

B：そんなにないね。ピザのデリバリーを頼むのはどう？

A：いいね。じゃあ、今ピザ屋に電話するよ。

B：ありがとう。

send out for は、配達や取り寄せのために頼むときに使います。特にデリバリーを頼む場面でよく出てくる表現です。
